I recently stayed at a well-run hostel in a great location. The dorms were spacious and spotless, with the added bonus of having a bathroom in the room. The staff, especially Aitziber, went above and beyond to make my stay amazing, helping me with unexpected issues like getting cash for my bus ticket. The hostel is conveniently close to the old town, mercado de la ribera, and the Guggenheim museum. The facilities were modern and the entire place was impeccably clean. a wonderful experience.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The view from the balcony was amazing, and the room itself was super cute. The shower was nice and the staff were friendly. The location was great, being close to a major transport hub and the old town, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there was good coffee available at the reception.
The price was a bit high for a spot in a 6-bed dorm, compared to other hostels. , it would have been helpful to know about the towel at check-in and the availability of a kitchen with a microwave on the 6th floor.

had a great time in bilbao! loved how convenient the location of the hostel was, making it easy to explore the city without needing public transportation. also, the burger king nearby was surprisingly amazing. the working space on the top floor was perfect for laptop work, although it closed too early and the lighting was a bit dim.
Missed having a refrigerator in the room.

Excellent location, right near subway stations and other attractions. Friendly and helpful staff who provided great travel and restaurant tips.- Good breakfast and coffee available at the reception.
Unpleasant surprises with cleanliness, including a dirty toilet and a smelly mattress. Some staff members had a nasty attitude, which affected the overall customer service experience.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore all the attractions and sights. I loved being able to walk to the old town, the museums, and the riverwalk within minutes. It definitely added to the overall experience of my trip. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with my needs and provided excellent customer service.
There was a loud ventilation system in the courtyard outside, which started up early in the morning and disturbed my sleep. The room also felt a bit stuffy, so I had to close the window to block out the noise, which made it even more uncomfortable.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the fancy and clean atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The showers were top-notch and the breakfast spread was delicious. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and the bustling old town. It was so convenient to explore the city without relying on public transportation.
I found it a bit difficult to connect with the staff when I needed to contact them. It seemed like they might be short-staffed.

The location is perfect, with everything you need nearby and a metro station right outside the entrance. the staff is super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the hostel itself is stylish and modern, with clean and welcoming rooms. the beds can be made into private spaces with curtains, providing a sense of privacy. the facilities are well-maintained and the price is very reasonable.
One negative aspect is that some guests can be inconsiderate, making noise late at night and leaving lights on. this is not the fault of the hostel staff and can happen in any shared accommodation.

As a solo traveler, I stayed at Latroupe for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. The hostel's central location allowed me to easily explore both sides of the city. The friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere, and the common spaces were cozy and comfortable. I loved the added touches like curtains on the beds and free towels. The hostel also offered fun activities like karaoke and trivia nights, which I unfortunately didn't have time to join. Latroupe provided a top-notch experience at a budget-friendly price.
I highly recommend this hotel.
